I love this web site and business. We have used it well over the years. We ordered a new insulated mug for our son’s new sub. When submitting, the color I ordered (light teal green) was confirmed back to me via email as the Red that is used in the website. I sent a request right away to get the color corrected, and was very pleased with the response to provide the color desired, light teal green. When it arrived, it was a light color but the light blue. I desired the light green, to distinguish it from our son’s first submarine, which we have in the light blue color. Oh well.
