Great customer service and company!

I ordered a shirt for my husband for part of an anniversary gift. I still had not received any info on the shipping and I ordered it well in advance. I then called and spoke to the most pleasant woman and she stated they were having trouble getting the color for that particular shirt in. I explained it was for our Anniversary and if she had any idea when I might receive it. She then proceeded to tell me she would ship out a tie clip (or cuff links) at no charge to get something tome in time. I did not expect that and told her it was absolutely fine, but she insisted and apologized, I chose the tie clip and received it a day before our anniversary and then received the shirt the day after. I can not express how wonderful she was on the phone and also the company. Their products are wonderful and my husband loved both items. We will be ordering from them again! Thank you 16 Submarines!
