Shipping Issue

One of the two door mats we ordered didn't arrive with the other one. The company expressed their sorry that this mistake in shipping happened and agreed to make good on the transaction. Unfortunately, this happened around the holidays so it took a bit more time to deliver the other mat than it would have any other time of the year. It seems that UPS was rather swamped.
We've got both mats now and are very happy with them and with 16Fleet.
Also really like the red tag ornament that we got last year from them.
